EDITOR'S PICKS
Above you'll find the cover of The Idle Class - The Sporting Issue. I had the pleasure of working with the literary magazine's editorial staff to curate the content and visuals in this magazine and assist with distribution around the state of Arkansas. I wrote an article, found on pages 22-23, titled "Hill Bombing: Inside the Skating Movement Nouveau of Northwest Arkansas".
For the third edition of the Arkansas Cannabis Times, I wrote an article titled "Herb & Hustle: Women Changing the Weed Game" that spans six pages of the printed publication (starting on page 19). I had the opportunity to interview fifteen women across the state of Arkansas who have made a name for themselves in our medical marijuana industry. Whether grower, seller, CEO or brand consultant, each of the women spotlighted by my article have positively impacted the weed industry and established themselves as community paragons.

Pictured above is the cover of The Suite Life Issue #2. I have had the opportunity to produce this magazine in partnership with The Arkansas Times for their client, Suite 443, a dispensary in Hot Springs. This magazine represents two months of work organizing a team of writers, photographers, and one excellent designer. I also wrote several articles that are included, and the magazine copy (unless explicitly attributed to a contributing writer.) It is the first time since I graduated college that I have been able to embrace the role of an editor-in-chief and I am so grateful for the experience. The process of creating a magazine on a professional level has developed my editorial skills as a writer, a curator, and a leader. Click here to see the magazine in PDF form.
